Service here is terrible, we waited ages to get served and when we wanted to order another round of drinks we couldn't get the attention of any waiters as they were stood outside facing the street chatting to each other for 20 minutes, not even looking back at the restaurant. There were only 3 tables of people including us. Cocktails are overpriced for what you get, lots of crushed ice and my strawberry cocktail was 90% pineapple juice. I also ordered a cocktail and it arrived completely curdled and looking disgusting, and I was just told the waiter wishes they'd take it off the menu as it always curdles but it's fine for me to drink, it tasted pretty gross and I'm quite shocked I wasn't offered a refund for a completely curdled drink when I wasn't warned about it while ordering. The person advertising the restaurant can be pretty annoying as he is constantly whistling at people walking past, which might work for getting a customer in the door but when you sit for an hour hearing a constant whistle it's pretty irritating. There are many other cocktail bars nearby with much better drinks and service...

From the outside, the restaurant looked beautiful and full of class, with elegant, well-thought-out décor that made us hopeful for a special dining experience. The menu also appeared promising, with what looked like a range of high-quality dishes on offer.
Sadly, the reality didn’t live up to the presentation.
The staff were largely inattentive, and it felt like we were left waiting without much care. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. When we eventually asked a waiter where our order was, it suspiciously appeared within moments—as though it had been sitting and forgotten about. No explanation or apology was offered.
When it did arrive, the food was underwhelming and poorly executed—bland, lacking finesse, and certainly not worth the price. Given the setting, we expected far better.
Overall, a real disappointment. Great aesthetics, but let down by poor service and food that doesn’t justify the wait...
Read moreMissing elements from the menu, the street posters are just for show they do not serve them under excuse of “we ran out of ingredients”. My wife asked for a fruit fresh and the same excuse was given “we don’t have fresh enough fruits for freshes”. Finally we ordered 3 pork steaks and 1 chicken hamburger. One of the steaks was old, the meat had a weird smell and it was slimy. The hamburger was colder than the table and my Irish coffee was 90% Irish and 10 coffee. The staff was arrogant as they didn’t agree with us that the steak was bad but they didn’t taste it either so I guess that proves my point. That’s all I had to say about it, overall they could’ve said sorry but they did only after we asked for one. Would...
