I am not the person for writing bad reviews on anybody’s page but i am really disappointed in my visit today! It was my first time doing anything like this and my sister first time too. ( which they knew as my cousin was saying it ) My cousin has done this many times back at home. The reception member of staff was alright just never understood our language so was a little hard to communicate ( which is normal & absolutely fine) atleast he tried. We paid for the medium cource and hard cource before going on any of them as u can’t pay at the end. The man that helped us at the start with strapping in was really nice too and helpful so thank you for this! Me and my sister where a little nervous and instead of the staff helping us they sat at a table in the middle of the course looking at us laughing and pointing speaking in spanish ( which is fine as that’s there language ( But it was very clear & obvious that they where speaking about us ) There was 1 guy that did ask if we wanted help durning the course which we appreciate! The girl’s especially were really rude more than anything. At the end of the first course the man told us we where not going on the higher course as we where not confident enough for it ( baring it mind it was our first time , also with it been really warm aswell, So i asked could i get my money back then as i paid for both courses if am not allowed on it and he said no we don’t do refunds!!! They shouldn’t be allowed to let you pay both if they can tell you no at the end? They said we can do the very first course to make up for the money? Why would i wanna do that? I paid for medium and higher course! You should make your payments at the end of the courses if yous going to dictate if we are confident enough or not for it or tell us to go on easier onces? Hope yous make the next family feel more confident and comfortable in your...
Read moreWas with my 2 kids. As there is a measurement board outside to determine which height kids can go. I measured my son above the 120cm line indicating he would be able to go on the middle height section as he wanted with his older brother. Tho when paying I was told my younger son had to be 125cm tall, which he was marginally under. I was told if he wanted to go on,I would have to pay extra for myself to go with him.Which I did, only to see a smaller girl Infront of us without her parents joining. When I asked why,I was told the smaller girl had a big sister to help her. I explained this was the same for my 2 sons. The person at the till then very quickly became very angry and told me if I don't care about my son's safety, why should he. Also, the "workers" there don't help at all. Myself and the mother of the other 2 girls had to walk around helping and coaching our kids around while 4 of the crew stood...
Read moreBosc Aventura isn’t the most amazing adventure park out there, but it’s definitely a fun spot—especially for families. It’s on the smaller side, so don’t expect a massive complex, but it’s well laid out and has a nice variety of obstacles for both kids and adults.
My 6-year-old had a great time! There are courses designed specifically for younger children, which made it feel safe and enjoyable for her. At the same time, there are more challenging obstacles for older kids and grown-ups, so everyone can get involved.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. They were great with the kids and clearly explained the safety procedures.
All in all, a fun experience for an hour or 2, if you're in the area and looking for some...
