Sigirya (Lions Rock) one of the historical rock. Nearly 200m (660ft) high. This site was selected by King Kashyappa. Must visit place in srilanka. This is one of the famous tourist place in our country, have to climb up all the way by stairway, nearly there are about 1200 steps to the top. Nicely builded top are with water ponds and natural pools. There are caves in the rock where they drew arts. Not allowed to take pictures bcz of the protection. While going we can see mirror walls and all. If u wanna see the complete view of sigiriya hbe to climb to the pidurangala rock which is near the sigirya.
