Let's start with the good bits -||BRAVO HOUSEKEEPING 👏 our room was spotless. Not a watermark to be found on the taps/shower or shower screen. Linen was pristine. You are all very polite and do not get the credit you deserve. ||Now onto the not so good bits -||Rooms are basic - no coffee making facilities, no where to hang clothes, no where to dry towels after a shower. Windows can't be opened and ventilation system is pretty useless. ||Reception - RUDE!!!! Very unwelcoming and unhelpful.||Breakfast - It's a nightmare, doesn't matter if you go at 730am or 10am. Tables always dirty, floor needs a good wash, coffee very strong, the smell as you wait for a lift is overpowering and makes you want to vomit. Set up is disjointed.||Car parking - recommend using the EasyPark App, underground garage code is 529001. 287kr for 24 hours. Read moreI recently stayed at Quality Hotel the Mill and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue that plagued our stay was the malfunctioning air conditioning system, leaving us in an uncomfortable and stifling room throughout the night.
To compound the problem, the windows in our room were sealed shut, preventing any natural ventilation. The lack of fresh air made it difficult to breathe and sleep, resulting in a terrible night for us. We promptly reported the issue to the receptionist, who regretfully informed us that the maintenance staff was unavailable as they were away with their family. Despite our efforts to contact the hotel manager, no one was available to address and resolve the issue.
What further disappointed us was discovering that other guests had encountered the same problem with the air conditioning. This suggests a recurring issue within the hotel, causing discomfort for multiple guests.

The staff are very different if you are lucky then you will meet someone who is friendly, but if you are not then good luck! There is no water boiler in the rooms, no water bottles, no safety box, no wardrobe, and no fridge. They need to reconsider the breakfast hall since the breakfast is always included, and then they have to make it bigger or extend the time. It doesn't matter when you go down for breakfast it will always be crowded. The parking is catastrophic, the parking area is crowded, and the spots are too narrow. Be careful when you book via EasyPark because you might make the same mistake as I did to park via EasyPark and choose a "wrong area" despite the fact that there are many areas called the same Davida.
