Solna strand, Vreten until 2014, is a station on the Stockholm Metro. It serves the Solna strand office area and is located in the Huvudsta district within Solna municipality and is served by the blue line, T-bana 3. The station is located between the Huvudsta and Sundbybergs centrum stations and was inaugurated on 19 August 1985. The distance from the blue line's terminus Kungsträdgården in Stockholm is 6.2 km. The station is located in a rock cavern 28 meters underground under Vretenvägen. The ticket hall is located at the northern end with an entrance from Korta gatan. The station is artistically decorated by Takashi Naraha: Himmelen av kub (1985). The artwork consists of a black cube at the entrance and blue cubes with clouds in the raw plastered rock wall at the platform.
