Istituto italiano di Cultura "C.M.LERICI" — Attraction in Stockholm

Should be one of the Italian symbol of culture, not only for the architecture and the design but for cultural events. When you go inside it feels to jump back in the '70,you can breathe a past time of intellectual period, unfortunately today it's only a "memory temple", the cultural vibration of the past is gone. No cultural events, nothing really to see, everything seems freezed without a really intention to show about Italy and her culture. I loved the place, and I think it's something to see but the decadent lazy mood of the place is really sad...Italy deserves more,...

Disegnato da Gio Ponti e inaugurato nel novembre del 1958 alla presenza del re di Svezia, l’Istituto Italiano di Cultura a Stoccolma è un esempio di opera d’arte totale e un unicum nella carriera del grande progettista milanese.
