For Stockholm standard I would give a 3.8 star. I ordered a bento box, expected the food to arrive in a bento but it came in a bowl (yakiniku and chicken skewers) & a small plate with sushi. Don't understand why it's called a bento box on the menu if it's not served in a bento. The sushi was pretty good. Yakiniku was good as well, although the beef slices could have been thinner, the flavour is probably catered for the local palate. It's nothing wrong with that but if your expecting the dish to be authentic, it's not. The chicken skewers were tender and juicy. Imo it's a place worth trying but many sushi restaurants are on par with this one. If you're living nearby it's highly likely you'll revisit the restaurant frequently. It's quite good being a neighborhood restaurant. As for myself I don't live around the area and I took the time to travel to this place, so a visit once is enough. At least I have tried the restaurant, moving...
Read moreWas there on Christmas Eve and even tho i basically never leave any comments generally but i would still love to do that bc of the great experience. First thing first the chef was extremely friendly and chaty so u dont need to worry about the services. Free miso soup and green tea u could always help urself out. Secondly it was very easy to tell how fresh the ingredients are but what surprised me was from the combinations of nigiris i could tell the chef really got his own understanding of sushi and i can guarantee its difficult to find this quality of sushi to match the price not just in Stockholm even the whole Europe(welcome for recommendations:p Finally the portion was generous and he offered us a maki set for free but tbh even if he didnt do that he is one of coolest asian guy i met in Stockholm so see u...
Read moreI’m not sure why this place has such high ratings.
I went out of my way to walk here during my trip because of all the great reviews…only to be treated poorly when I was ordering because it was during their meal time (I’m not sure why you wouldn’t close for a meal break then like most restaurants?) and because I am an asian+foreigner (from the US). Other white locals were treated well. No bathroom either for customers dining in.
The crispy salmon bowl was 90% batter and not enough salmon- I reluctantly picked around it and tried to finish it for the $$$ it cost for just fried batter and...
