Guestit AB — Hotel in Stockholm

Excellent Service and Easy to Use!

I recently booked a vacation rental through Guestit AB, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find the perfect accommodation for my trip. The booking process was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear breakdown of costs with no surprises.

The property I booked was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. It made my stay so much more enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. I had a question about check-in details, and the team responded quickly with all the information I needed.

My son and I booked a two bed apartment for a weeklong downhill mountain bike adventure at Åre. We wanted a place close to the main lifts that had a decent view, was clean, secure, easily accessible, and had a cook ready kitchen. The place we got was almost perfect. Lovely mountain/lake views. Super secure with the Mobile Access app. Clean as a whistle. Further, the Guestit staff were available by email until 11pm daily and responded within 10 minutes to both of our inquires for help with extra bedding and establishing mobile access for the first time. Avoid this place. They list a different address on Booking.com — the actual apartment is across the street. It’s in the middle of a full-scale renovation project with loud construction starting at 6:30 AM every day until 17:00. Not “minor works” as advertised — this is heavy noise, hammering, and dust.

Customer service is terrible. They just gave me one email address, but no one responds. They keep saying “management will contact you,” but no calls, no replies, nothing.
