Grindelwald Terminal Train Station — Attraction in Grindelwald

Beautiful place, got nothing bad to say about that.

The one of the ticket booth worker for the cable car was just horrible. I would say stuff and she would be just sitting there shaking her head. I didn't know what that meant unitl I took off my face mask, then she said "There we go." She did not even acknoledge anything I said before(which I know she heard me through the mask because I talked to other workers before her and they heard me just fine) and would keep up with the condesending attitude. I couldn't even finish a short sentence because she kept interupting me. Whatever question we tried to ask she did nor respond and told us to continue to the cable car even though we weren't asking for directions.

I don't know if she doesn't like my skin color or is a condesending old person in general, but either way I don't think she should be there.

Look for tickets on SBB mobile app or website, don't buy in the station without checking the app first, mostly at the station they will not have discounts. We asked them two one way tickets to and from to top of Europe since we are heading there for half day only and we mentioned we have eurail pass and it's a travel day, the lady over the counter gave us a day pass from Interlaken to top of europe!!, which is way costiler than one way tickets on SBB app from Grindelwald station, even after applying the eu rail pass discount the pass she given was way costiler. We felt like they tricked us, sharing here so that others won't pay too much for...
