Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this store. We bought a souvenir that was broken. We unfortunately noticed it after leaving the store and returned about 10 minutes after asking for an exchange. The store manager scolded us originally and said it was not broken. After showing her again that it clearly was, she then agreed and gave us a replacement only after condescendingly telling us to make sure we’re happy with the product because she does not want us to come back and return something again.
