RAMSEIER Erlebniswelt — Attraction in Oberkirch

Ich war mit meiner Frau und Tochter (6-jährig) in der RAMSEIER Erlebniswelt. Der Eintritt pro Erwachsener 12.00. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Für einen Sonntag mit schlechtem Wetter mit einem Kind, das etwas erleben möchte war es ein guter Ausflug, weil wir ihn unserer Tochter gut "verkauft" haben. Die Ausstellung ist in 20 Minuten gesehen. Der gezeigte "Kino-Film" von ca. 10 Minuten ist aus meiner Sicht nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet und für Erwachsene nicht interessant. Es ist vor allem ein Werbefilm der zeigt, wie eine Wanderin auf einen Berg steigt und der Puls mit jedem Meter steigt. Das Problem war, dass eine Dramatik mit Musik aufgebaut wurde, wie bei einem Krimi, dass meine Tochter Angst bekommen hat. Auf dem Gipfel dann die Erlösung mit einem RAMSEIER Getränk. Was ganz gut war ist der Fotokasten, am Schluss. Dort kann man "kostenlos" ein Familienfoto machen und gleich ausdrucken. Das war sehr schön. Was könnte man besser machen? Wenn man CHF 12.00 pro Erwachsener zahlt, hat man eine entsprechende Erwartung. Diese Erwartung wird nicht ganz erfüllt und hinterlässt leider nicht ein positives Markenerlebnis, was sehr schade ist. Es gibt zwar für Kinder eine kleine Mostpresse zum drehen oder etwas zum riechen und schmecken aber das ist zu wenig. Es fehlt einiges um Wiederzukommen. Oder man kann sagen die Ausstellung ist wie Apfelschorle ohne Kohlensäure. Vielleicht kann man als Sofortmassnahme den Teilnehmer eine Bemusterung abgeben inkl. Apfel oder den Preis (und somit die Erwartung) reduzieren. Das Verkehrshaus hat einen Eintritt von CHF 28.80...

Kids friendly place to visit. It's interesting for school going kids. All the information is provided only in German and French. One can complete the round visit within an hour.
