The hermitage itself is charming, but the real gem is the journey. The very easy stroll along the stream in the forest is just gorgeous. With trees growing overhead and ferns, vines, shade-loving wild flowers and plants of every kind, it's a little, primeval wonderland. It will put you in the mood for the moment when you step out into the light and spy the hermitage in the sunshine. When you return, take the uphill trail that follows the stream and enjoy the little chapel at the end. It's great any time of year, but if you're lucky enough to be there at Christmastime, it's all lit up with candles at night and is...

A truly magical and peaceful place, hidden in the heart of nature. The walk through the forest to reach the hermitage is just as wonderful as the destination itself — serene, refreshing, and full of quiet beauty. The gentle sound of the stream, the cool shade of the trees, and the historic charm of the small chapels create a deeply calming atmosphere. Perfect for a mindful walk, quiet reflection, or simply escaping the noise of everyday life. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking a...

Tambien existen unas cavernas q antiguamente habitaron algunos religiosos eremitas, no bajé a verlas; me produjo pánico.

During a morning run I made a wrong turn and "diiscovered" this wonderful and unexpected site. Start at the church which appears to be cut into the overhanging stone. Then wander through the meandering path for approximately 2 kilometers. Your walking through the gorge so it's lush and shady, with the accompanying 'toneteppich' of a babling stream to keep you company.
