Worst Organisation Ever! If you would like to go abroad to see your favourite band in a quieter city, if it's organised by this Stadium just change your mind!! We were queuing form 6.00am to get the first row when we realised that there were also another entrance! Just imagine the anger on seeing people coming after you queuing and getting what you wanted the most. But that's ok. At 5.00pm a guy started speaking in swiss german ... no English at all so we couldn't understand. The thing was NO BACKPACKS are Allowed!!! And you are telling me after all this time ?! Thanks god we had the Holiday Inn with a very kind staff there that confirmed to us they were happy to keep our belongings till the end of the show. Fine. The doors are now open. There were A LOT OF SECURITY and STAFF that was actually Useless! Cause everyone was now running On people! The worst part is coming now... we are running downstars to the cloakrooms and entrance to the stadio. They block us all, so now the queue doesn't have any sense.... we could actually die in there suffocate by each other, pushing and being rude as, again, the Useless staff.. So crowdy, so messy, we finally get in there. We knew it would be like 3hrs of show. NO FREE WATER has been distributed to no one "if you want to drink, go and buy it"
Was my first time in Switzerland and you look to be so Materialist . Where is kindness? Humanity?
Please, make sure to read it and make your stadium work. Cause it really do...
Read moreSince this is a multi-purpose hall, I have to mention that I was visiting a concert in the hall and that my review is based on that experience.
Let's start with the good points. The catering, if you want to call it like that, is well organized and you are able to order and receive drinks and food with almost 0 waiting time. If this is always the case or we were just lucky ? I don't know, the concert was sold out and the hall loaded, so I assume it's realy good organized.
But that's almost everything about the good points. Seriously the security control is way out of the ballpark. Okay, I accept that it is necessary ... but seriously guys, do you really need to control the key chains, wallets and everything ? - okay, you take your job very serious, fair enough.
Access control to the "infield" includes ticket scanning when you walk in and out of the infield ? Why ? Excpet of bothering people, I don't get the point ... All what it is good for is to extend the time it takes to leave the place. It's even worse at the concert end. All people have to leave, using this tiny exit ... - Lack of planning ?
Overall, I think there is only one chance that we will visit the place again. There has to be the one and only chance to see a great magnificent concert... We never felt comfortable at the place. Secure for sure but never...

I sadly lost my Airpods there. I called the next day. A man picked up. I told him that i only speak German and can’t understand Switzer Deutsch. He just kept talking in Switzer Deutsch.
We drove there to go and find my 150€ Airpods. When we arrived, he told us that he didn’t have them and he couldn’t go look for them because he „isn’t allowed inside (he himself was the security guard)“ I told him that in could track the AirPods and that i could send a sound through them to find them. He told me that that isn’t necessary because they are „not there. „
10 min later i came back and asked him again if i could go look for them, because they’re very expensive and i REALLY need them. He told me i couldn’t go in and track them/play the sound and that i wasn’t allowed in.
Then he went to look for them (so he lied to us earlier just so he didn’t need to do his job) and came back 5 min later telling us that they are not there.
I swear, i would have crawled on the floor and looked for my Airpods but he wouldn’t let us in. Not even 2 min and not even with...
