Worst Organisation Ever! If you would like to go abroad to see your favourite band in a quieter city, if it's organised by this Stadium just change your mind!! We were queuing form 6.00am to get the first row when we realised that there were also another entrance! Just imagine the anger on seeing people coming after you queuing and getting what you wanted the most. But that's ok. At 5.00pm a guy started speaking in swiss german ... no English at all so we couldn't understand. The thing was NO BACKPACKS are Allowed!!! And you are telling me after all this time ?! Thanks god we had the Holiday Inn with a very kind staff there that confirmed to us they were happy to keep our belongings till the end of the show. Fine. The doors are now open. There were A LOT OF SECURITY and STAFF that was actually Useless! Cause everyone was now running On people! The worst part is coming now... we are running downstars to the cloakrooms and entrance to the stadio. They block us all, so now the queue doesn't have any sense.... we could actually die in there suffocate by each other, pushing and being rude as, again, the Useless staff.. So crowdy, so messy, we finally get in there. We knew it would be like 3hrs of show. NO FREE WATER has been distributed to no one "if you want to drink, go and buy it"

Was my first time in Switzerland and you look to be so Materialist . Where is kindness? Humanity?

Please, make sure to read it and make your stadium work. Cause it really do...

Since this is a multi-purpose hall, I have to mention that I was visiting a concert in the hall and that my review is based on that experience.

Let's start with the good points. The catering, if you want to call it like that, is well organized and you are able to order and receive drinks and food with almost 0 waiting time. If this is always the case or we were just lucky ? I don't know, the concert was sold out and the hall loaded, so I assume it's realy good organized.

But that's almost everything about the good points. Seriously the security control is way out of the ballpark. Okay, I accept that it is necessary ... but seriously guys, do you really need to control the key chains, wallets and everything ? - okay, you take your job very serious, fair enough.

Access control to the "infield" includes ticket scanning when you walk in and out of the infield ? Why ? Excpet of bothering people, I don't get the point ... All what it is good for is to extend the time it takes to leave the place. It's even worse at the concert end. All people have to leave, using this tiny exit ... - Lack of planning ?

Overall, I think there is only one chance that we will visit the place again. There has to be the one and only chance to see a great magnificent concert... We never felt comfortable at the place. Secure for sure but never...

I attended a Sabrina Carpender concrete.

I sadly lost my Airpods there. I called the next day. A man picked up. I told him that i only speak German and can’t understand Switzer Deutsch. He just kept talking in Switzer Deutsch.

We drove there to go and find my 150€ Airpods. When we arrived, he told us that he didn’t have them and he couldn’t go look for them because he „isn’t allowed inside (he himself was the security guard)“ I told him that in could track the AirPods and that i could send a sound through them to find them. He told me that that isn’t necessary because they are „not there. „

10 min later i came back and asked him again if i could go look for them, because they’re very expensive and i REALLY need them. He told me i couldn’t go in and track them/play the sound and that i wasn’t allowed in.

Then he went to look for them (so he lied to us earlier just so he didn’t need to do his job) and came back 5 min later telling us that they are not there.

I swear, i would have crawled on the floor and looked for my Airpods but he wouldn’t let us in. Not even 2 min and not even with...

Went to the Simple Plan/The Offspring concert on September 30, 2025. The friendliness and organization of the security and screening staff was great! Unfortunately we arrived a bit late, after the lights had been turned down because the concert started 30 minutes before the time printed on our tickets. We received an e-mail about the change a week before the concert but weren’t able to arrive earlier. We had a REALLY tough time finding our seats, despite consulting the online seating map as well as several ushers (one of whom was super helpful but unfortunately didn’t work in the section we were sitting in). The point I’m making is, be sure to arrive on time if you’re attending an event here (and also check your e-mail ahead of time😉), as it’s almost impossible to find seats in the dark. Otherwise a fine venue with super convenient public transport options.

It’s an ok place to hold concerts and events. Easy access well laid out. Friendly and informative staff. It’s very safe and you feel like everything it’s gonna be great! All the facilities and amenities are well signed, well kept and simply just work properly. And, maybe that’s why work so well because it’s medium size venue, not a real large venue with capacity for 80-90.000 fans or whatever you are hosting there. It’s very good, but not excellent. Needs continued improvements but most importantly, my wife and I attended 2 concerts this month here and things went without a hitch. We actually have fun!!! If you got an event in mind you are definitely planning or just a concert of your favourite star, it’s a great place. Very expensive concession standards$$$$ CHF 5 for a cup of water.

An iconic building and the biggest event hall of Switzerland and very well connected by public transport as you are within 10 minutes walking distance from a major train station. Inside, the building is well organised since the renovation a couple of years ago, meaning you are quickly in or out and do not have to walk far for drinks or toilets. Just read the instructions in your ticket carefully as it is a hassle to grab your umbrella or bag at the wardrobe outside after an event. And there is another rather annoying aspect: acoustics. Maybe we are spoiled with two excellent real concert halls in this town, but even for a pop concert one would wish to get all of the lyrics and not just with the very quiet passages in a ballade.
