Cheyenne — Restaurant in Zurich

Something here changed for the worst, I remember coming here during university times and the service was always nice...

Came back last weekend after a long time: the tall waiter was very rude when he was taking our orders, forgot one of the drinks we had ordered, and (after we ordered it for the 2nd time) we had to wait another 20 minutes before we finally got it...

Not sure why, but with a different circle of friends we went again to the same place the following weekend... After waiting at the bar counter for some time to pay while no one was making minimal eye contact with me, someone finally noticed me and we got the bill which said CHF X, but on the credit card we got charged CHF Y... now be aware that I always leave a tip (even the previous week when the service was bad) and I would have done the same here, but the self-input tip was just too much... Told the staff, got the difference back in cash, and...

Cheyenne in Oerlikon is a great spot for burger lovers. They serve delicious burgers all day long, and their weekly changing lunch option keeps things interesting. One of the best features is that you can fully customise your burger from the patty to the buns and sides. I especially liked the choice of different buns, including gluten-free and even low-carbon options with lettuce wraps. If you're visiting, definitely try the Whiskey Burger and the authentic cheesecake - both packed with flavour. On the downside, I do wish the portions were a bit bigger. Mixed feelings about Cheyenne in Zürich Öerlikon. First of all, even if you reserve a space for 7 they only offer you space for 5, as they where overrun by guests... this is kinda unfair for everyone who has a reservation.

Nachos, Quesadillas and Cheeseballs are ok in quality. The spicy Olives are compleatl overpriced, and not spicy at all.

Drinks are ok, but the Barkeeper has no standart line, so the drinks look different.

First time I was there at least the staff was friendly.

2 Days later the waiter was near a mental collapse and more than unfriendly. And they all complaint that they where abandoned from their Bosses... sorry this is unproffeaional.
