I very nearly aborted my hike as I missed the tourist bus twice! but I made it in the end and didn't regret it. It was easy enough to enter and hike even as a solo female hiker. Very very large area of untouched nature with lots of birds, monkeys and other wildlife. Comes together with spectecular view on the city. Serveral times I found stations and pavillions where you can restock your water bottle. Superb...
