銘饗美式牛排 — Attraction in Magong City

The steak was a better piece than i have had at the other steak place. And the price is reasonable. The fries are really nice and cooked to order, so they are nice and fresh. You can ask for more once you have finished also. They also have unlimited soup, ice cream and drinks (juice, tea and soft drinks)

The steak comes to the table seared and the hot plate is supposed to cook it the rest of the way. But the hot plate wasn't at all hot enough to cook the steak to medium as I had asked. My picture shows the nearly raw bits I still had left at the end. This was the same colour on both sides even after turning it over and over again on the plate. The whole steak was similar but I don't mind a bit of rare steak anyway.

Overall the steak let the whole meal down for me, as this is the main part of the steak house meal.

I will probably come back again to make sure it wasn't a one time thing

Food is good but make sure you clean your own cups as the staff here don’t clean them very well. The cup on the left is the first one I grabbed from the tray and the coke looks disgusting, the one on the right is the one I cleaned...

餐廳感覺很新且乾淨 ，是個舒適的用餐環境。 附餐都很棒，薯條也很驚艷。

但以本身學西餐以及也在西餐廳工作過的經驗，店家的牛排，價錢屬偏高，這樣價位(當天點的是700多元的戰斧牛排)的牛排卻醃過，完全沒有保留一點牛肉本身的味道，而且事先並沒有告知客人所點的牛排屬於醃過的，菜單上也沒有註記。 牛排點五分熟，上來時只有兩面已乾焦，放在鐵板上卻連中間都還是全生的，一切開後就請服務生在再送回廚房再煎過。

因為醃製的味道太重，只有一種無法形容的甜味，所以只吃一兩口後就沒有食用，結帳時，店家客氣的詢問，一開始覺得這間店基本上是算是澎湖不錯的店，所以才告知店家醃肉的問題，覺得應事先告知，因為畢竟價位頗高，以及肉基本上中間是完全沒有沒煮到。

店家的回覆是： 1❩ 他們本來就有兩種肉，原味及醃製過，然后他們發現澎湖的人不是很喜歡聽人家講解，覺得煩，所以他們後來就沒有主動講解他們的排餐。 (我個人覺得這只是部分個案，不能把所有澎湖的人都歸類這樣。)
