星期日的晚上 想吃點好料來享受 於是挑了得和路上面的鐵板料理 這次肚子餓來點精選雙人套餐 精選套餐裡面就包含五個主菜 一次就是要讓你吃好吃滿了 其中菲力牛排我們換成松阪豬 開餐湯是蜆精湯 喝起來還可以 一開始送上高麗菜和鐵板豆腐 高麗菜中規中矩 表現沒有很特出 但以鐵板燒等級 還有進步空間 小菜沒有豆芽菜其實有點可惜 鐵板豆腐倒是蠻好吃的 醬料入味 但一份只有四塊長型豆腐 略顯高貴 主菜第一個上來的是松阪豬肉 還算好吃 但溫度稍微涼掉有點可惜 第二道是香煎午仔魚 很像秋刀魚 吃起來魚香味足夠 有胡椒搭配更讚 第三道是香蒜雞腿排 外表很誘惑 酥脆的外皮和蒜酥的加持 榮登榜首 還有檸檬的清香解膩 舒爽完食 最後是檸檬鮮蝦和嫩煎干貝 蝦子的大小適中 味道表現中等 但整個蝦子的鮮味有保留著 干貝就真的沒話說了 外脆內嫩 咬下去直接爆汁...

ㄧ進來裝潢環境還行，抵達時間約莫13:00，店裡連我們二桌總共3位客人，人算很少，點了一個海鮮套餐520+雞腿排套餐280

首先上來的是牛肉清湯，牛肉還算嫩，但味道普通，接著上來炒高麗菜，炒的非常普通沒有好吃，再來是鮑魚前菜，鮑魚算嫩但一樣味道普通，魚肉還有蝦子跟干貝，蝦子魚肉吃起來偏乾，沒有鮮嫩多汁的感覺，干貝還算OK

另外一個套餐是雞腿排，雞腿排煎的整體也是很乾柴⋯比外面280以下的雞腿排還弱，外面280以下的雞腿排鐵板燒還比這家做的好吃很多，食材本身應該問題不大，主要是烹調方式的問題吧，這家鐵板燒的定價算平價裡偏中上的，連去吃大埔都會問口味了，從頭到尾除了點餐的服務人員問需不需要辣之外，料理的廚師很酷完全都沒有任何詢問口味上是否合宜等互動！也沒有飯後甜點
