It was not left a positive impression and some service improvement as following below;

The cover of water bottle has appeared broken, it always drop into the glasses while pouring into its… literally not up to scratch.

Water glasses please keep it dry prior to guest arrival, we have found both glasses with water stain and clean up, this is supposed to not happen at this kind of restaurant.

Delay drink order even thought staff did recheck our order but it appears forgetting and claiming it being delivered.. no apologies given

Rather than yelling out loud to settling up the bill and asking us leaving to prepare for cleaning, it is ideal to have staff approaching each tables gentle inform this reminder.
