E61 is fantastic! This tiny store in the wall has very little in the way of indoor space but that's not what you come for. The (presumed) couple behind the counter are such sweet people and the amount of effort they put into each cup of coffee is astounding. Expect a line out the door though as locals flock to buy a cup of coffee. I ordered a cappuccino (with some help of the locals who spoke English) but to my surprise they handed me a porcelain cup. The best part of E61 is the freedom they give you with your coffee, the owners encourage you to take the coffee, cup and all, and enjoy it in the memorial park across the street. Read more第一次喝的就是「黑糖拿鐵」, 喝過一次之後就會常常想念的味道和口感, 每次喝到最後都想把杯子一起吃掉; 每隔一段時間就會跟朋友一起去喝喝「黑糖拿鐵」、或濃縮♡; 每次幾乎都「內用」:一拿到手就興奮地和超出液面水平、形成表面張力的「黑糖拿鐵」,特技般的定速默默秒穿過人群、門簾後,(有時會迅速先喝一小口,)再立刻放眼大選座位🤘🏽。超愛這裡的「內用」。
應該有10+?年前的晚上正準備路過這的時候, 還沒看到是哪就聞到一陣陣飄來的咖啡豆香, 下意識視線就好奇了看往亮有溫暖燈光的地方: 看到好幾個人在室外,三三兩兩各錯落的聊著什麼、想著什麼,(有些人拿著杯子??!)被室內溫暖的燈光照映著,好有氣氛的一處夜晚,而且好香!是一家小小的咖啡店?!
後來幾年,只要過年去到永和的親戚家巷口前,總會先經過陣陣咖啡豆香~是一種享受和有點會令人陶醉的滿足感😌。 結果就這樣聞了好幾年,直到住進了永和、住到了咖啡店附近,才終於有一天跟朋友踏進了咖啡店。
從一開始帶著緊張的心情、 看著老闆老闆娘的微笑和不熟悉的說話方式、 點著期待的咖啡、 老闆娘問是要內用還是外帶、 內用完畢再買單和記得要歸還杯子、 點完站到旁邊排等候、 頭幾次取咖啡時,老闆娘總會先問是否喝過,再傳達最佳飲用方式\步驟⋯。 有時候會看到老闆老闆娘可愛的一面🙂
店裡空間不大,人多排隊時都和豆子們在一起,豆子會怕潮溼發霉!所以雨具不帶進店內、也不去觸碰或壓\靠\坐在一袋袋咖啡豆,應該沒錯吧。互相。
排隊時總是會一看再看店內的牆面,越來越熱鬧、好有人情味、好溫馨,才發現10年過去了! 但店裡感覺充滿著一如往常的夢想、熱情和生氣、人氣;佩服老闆老闆娘展現的工作態度和毅力,雖然沒有閒話家常的聊過天,但久了也會感受得到,(或是我想像力太過豐富),是因為他們努力的堅持和維持,才有這樣的10多年,這不是容易的事! 我們1年也才去到E61幾次?!我們的幾天,是他們的好幾個年,真的好不簡單!
原來這樣的堅持和維持,是可能翻轉: 並非永遠是只有消費者能選擇店家, 店家亦是能選擇篩選消費者的! 不合的自然會自動相互排斥。
有時候只看到了一面或是只是光顧了一次。 不是每一個人看到同一片景色,都會說出同樣的話來。 批評和抱怨總是容易的。共勉。
