Yehliu Visitor Center — Attraction in New Taipei

Tickets can be purchased in advance online, scan QR code for entry. Main attraction area are the rocks but further in you'll find a flight of stairs and from there it takes you up a pathway for birdwatching/butterfly watching where there isnt much of an ocean view anymore as you'd be walking in between well paved foliage that obscures the ocean view. Not many people walk this trail so it's nice and quiet. Total time for the entire geopark took us around 1.5hrs, am 6 months pregnant and not actively working out, took my time and it was an easy path, just a little too hot and humid up the trail since the foliage blocks the breeze. Yehliu Geopark is so big that we could not finished seeing all the interesting sites marked in the brochure. The weather was not kind to us. It was drizzling a little. There was a queue formed to take pictures with the Queen's head, so we passed it since we do not have sufficient time. Too little time given by tour group.
