Meilun Park — Attraction in Shilin District

Anytime soon, there will have a brand new playground with artificial turf across the park (the other side of these facilities) coming up.

This park is right beside the national Taiwan 🇹🇼 science museum and Taipei astronomical museum makes it even more convenient to plan your days.

The park itself has two major facilities sets, each with 6+ slides, and is with rock climbing stairs.

Notice, this park does not include a sandpit or a swing. But two seesaws and 6 rocking horses.

No shelter for the rain 🌧 So if it rains, you’ll be fully wet. But you can enter one of those museums to avoid the rain 🌧😂😂

The ground is HARD, knee caps are required if your kids are under 3.

20240928_ 坐落於台北兒童新樂園旁的美崙公園共融遊戲場，是一個充滿想像力與冒險精神的遊戲天地。這座以「宇宙」為主題的宇宙探索遊戲場，雖然場地不大，但擁有七大主題遊戲區，讓孩子們在探索太空的同時，盡情奔跑、玩耍與學習。

一進入遊戲場，就能看到充滿未來感的設施，每個區域都有其獨特的設計和功能：

太空基地滑梯組：滑梯設計成宇宙基地，孩子們可以滑下彷彿從太空中降落地球的通道，感受太空冒險的樂趣。 太空信號站繩網組：這個繩網組讓孩子們在模擬太空信號塔間攀爬，訓練平衡感與協調能力。 火箭彈跳床：彈跳床設計成火箭形狀，孩子們可以像太空人一樣在無重力的環境中彈跳。 引力旋轉盤：這個旋轉盤模擬了引力的作用，孩子們可以體驗太空中的離心力和旋轉感。 無重力擺盪繩：擺盪繩讓孩子們感受到無重力的漂浮感，是另一種太空體驗。 流星投籃機：設計成流星形狀的投籃機，讓孩子們一邊投籃一邊想像自己是太空探險家。 運載軌道椅：這個區域讓孩子們坐在軌道椅上滑行，感受太空運載工具的刺激。 美崙公園的腹地寬敞，非常適合家庭野餐，孩子們可以在草地上奔跑、探索，充分釋放精力。不僅如此，遊戲場周邊的步道也暗藏玄機，看似普通的步道上其實印有各種動物的腳印，讓孩子們一邊走一邊尋找不同的足跡，藉此推論動物的體型與習性。步道上還有嵌入地面的玻璃珠星座圖案，我們沿途走著，還一起尋找自己和家人的星座，這讓孩子們在遊戲中認識了更多關於動物與星座的知識。

除此之外，美崙公園還有一個生態池，為孩子們提供了另一個認識自然的機會。池塘裡的植物和小生物吸引了孩子們的目光，讓他們更貼近自然，了解生態環境。

整個宇宙探索遊戲場，結合了鄰近的士林科教館與天文館的宇宙主題，讓孩子們在玩樂中增長知識，激發他們對於太空、科學的好奇心與想像力。這樣富有教育意義的遊戲場，非常值得家長帶孩子來探索，既能享受親子時光，又能讓孩子們從遊戲中學習與成長。

Great place for the whole family. Near to the Amusement Park and Science Museum. Lots of walking trails and places for sitting. Saw many dogs and their owners enjoying it as well. Saw kids rollerblading and doing archery. There's a playground and exercise equipment.
