Worst service out of any Starbucks I've ever been to in the world, and I've been to dozens. The girls there consistently told me they didn't have a raisin scone despite the fact that they were right there and I was pointing to them. I had to keep insisting that what I was pointing to was there. I asked for slightly finer ice in my frap and they said no consistently despite me saying all the other Starbucks do it for me. I'd definitely avoid stopping in here as the service was terrible and it wasn't kept that...

Poor service and lack of empath. Bad attitude of the boss (Eric) and also other staff. The boss (Eric) is cheating on standard discounts, which are given at any other Starbucks Cafe in Taipei. Even after explaining him on his error, he stubbornly stays with his opinion. Very calculating and not customer minded. Bad attitude in this restaurant all over. 很多人說這裡星巴克服務人員態度差，今天早上10點來這，看到服務人員很有耐心的幫前面阿姨們解釋app怎麼儲值怎麼用，雖然我在後面等很久，但是看他們態度很好，後來另一個服務員後面咖啡用完，來幫我點餐，態度也很好，本來是想外帶，後來想說還是在裡面吃，中途跟第3位服務員要一杯水，他也很熱血的幫我用溫水，基本上我認為一堆人詬病的服務態度差，並沒有遇到，至於有人覺得環境跟玻璃部分，我認為內部環境沒問題，玻璃可能是科工館得處理，氣氛上因為科工館太多人潮，在接近中午稍微吵了點，其他並沒有太大問題～
