Maokong in general, is one of my favourite places. Everytime I visit Taiwan I love to visit because it's just so beautiful. Maokong in general, is one of my favourite places. Everytime I visit Taiwan I love to visit because it's just so beautiful. The trails here are amazing and have so much to see and if that's not your thing, there's always the Gondola. If you're in Taiwan you will do yourself a great favour by going to visit Maokong.

「臺北大縱走，一生一次的壯遊趣」為臺北市政府工務局大地工程處規劃的路線，第七段由捷運麟光站出發，可步行或轉搭公車至政大公車站後步行至指南宮步道、大成殿步道、茶展中心步道、樟樹步道、飛龍步道。 指南宮步道有造型典雅的石燈籠夾道，濃厚的日式和風建築風格，踏著1200級的石階，古木參天，幽靜宜人，經綠光平台、地藏王寶殿後，轉入大成殿步道往下行，出指南路續接茶展中心步道，途經小橋、溪流，欣賞貓空特有的壺穴地形，接馬路經貓纜站進入樟樹步道，彩雲亭是極佳眺望平台，依季節不同可欣賞波斯菊花田或銀白芒花搖曳，有白鷺鶑、水牛在明鏡池中悠遊，綠油油的茶園與綿延的山巒，景色十分怡人，經樟山寺進入飛龍步道，循著老坑山稜線往下至登山口。
