Can be a nice place for picnic and visit the nearby “rice museum” during spring especially with pink cherry blossoms. Windy and chilly but nice view of Taipei City though blocked by tops of trees. Perhaps better in winter if leaves fall. Handicap ramp available, four round tables, rows of audience seating. Nearby free parking lot, new but only about a dozen car spots.
