I recently visited this location for a massage, and while the massage itself was just average, my main concern lies with the hygiene practices. Upon entry, I was given dirty slippers, and it was clear that no cleaning or disinfecting occurred between customers. In a warm, humid environment, this creates the perfect conditions for the growth and spread of foot fungus.
The bathroom hygiene was also troubling. They provided small, nearly used-up pieces of bar soap, which is unhygienic in a public setting. Additionally, the faucet water had a strong odor, reminiscent of sewage.
During the massage, I was taken to a table upstairs where the neck pillow, meant to support my face, was unprotected and clearly not cleaned between clients. This raises serious concerns, as it could lead to the spread of infections like ringworm, scabies, or MRSA.
Furthermore, I had booked an oil massage, but the masseur instead used what seemed like tiger balm or a similar product. To top it off, my masseur frequently chatted with a co-worker during the session, which was distracting and undermined the relaxing atmosphere that a massage should provide.
While some may not have the same standards for cleanliness, I believe it's important to be cautious. If you choose to get a massage here, do so at...
Read moreI’ve been here twice with my wife the first time we went was very good we had very good massage therapists who were very professional.
The second time we went which was today at around 3:00pm my massage therapist was talking for the whole two hour appointment.
She was complaining to the other therapist about how she doesn’t get paid enough or get any tips from clients and also talking poorly about other clients.
She was also complaining about how tight I was and saying how she didn’t know what to do.
I was shocked about how she was openly talking poorly about clients and me, as my wife who is Thai and was right next to me could understand everything she was saying. She also completed the massage 5 minutes early so she could go prepare her papaya salad so I had to sit there waiting while my wife finished her massage .
While the massage was ok, the therapist had an extremely bad attitude and caused us not to want to return.
On the other hand the massage therapist my wife had was very good and professional and gave a great massage. Before we left I let her know she did a very good job. If I return I will be requesting this massage therapist as she did an...

For me it was one of the best massages around. Though it doesn't make much sense since one day few months ago I came in wearing my lovely, favorite original Crocs Literide 360 Clog grey color (as on picture) size M8 worth 2000-3000 THB (depending on the store), and, after my massage, I'VE NEVER SEEN MY SHOES AGAIN. The security cameras didn't help, neither did the staff. I believe there was even a dialog about some compensation, which eventually didn't come to any kind of resolution.
So, basically I've paid 3x price for massage that day with no additional benefits, only got upset....
