Highly recommended! Because of the good ratings I decided to give it a try & booked an appointment to remove my wrinkles on my forehead & on my eyes. Already when I came in I got a warm welcome & some drink & cookies. One of the staff came to me and explained everything to me & I could ask anything I want to know. She spoke great English & was really patient with me. I was also interesred in the Ultraformer 3 treatment but was too afraid to try before. But the staff and also the doctor patiently explained everything to me before the treatment. Again everything in English. They even offered my a combined treatment. In general it was a really caring atmosphere. So I took the treatment packagge. Again the staff explained everything again & I even got a treatment for free! I can't talk about the results yet, as I see the effect in a few days/weeks. But you get a great, caring service here with skilled English speaking staff! I appreciate such a customer service a lot! Super impressed by their service and clinic.

I was here two years ago and although the result was good I was put off by the relentless upselling I experienced back then.

I’ve tried different clinics since (even in another country) and did not experience the same satisfactory service or result, so I decided to come back here. I’m so glad I did, their new location is super fresh and aesthetically pleasing, the doctor and staff were super knowledgeable and DIDN’T try to upsell at all this time!! :)

They provided much more unbiased information than any other clinics I’ve gone to. Top notch English skills if needed.

They’ll unpack products in front of you, take pictures/videos and provide QR validity - apparently many scam clinics switch out products to cheaper versions when the patient doesn’t see. So I appreciate this transparency.

I have been to prestige clinic several times, besides the professional doctor they have, the internal environment was also very good, they have comfy sofas and air conditioners, the shop smells fresh and clean, and even provides drinking water and snacks for clients, the staff are very friendly and able to communicate in Thai English and Chinese fluently. the doctor will give detailed advices before any surgery, and the shop gives reasonable discounts when you purchase several services! The products they utilizes are all real and qualified, after getting the services, the staff will tell you the after cares in details and recheck sessions are free after two weeks of purchase.
