Chef Clint Bistro — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I've passed this place so many times and tonight really fancied a steak but prices high so opted for the double cheeseburger and fries. The fries were a small portion and arrived 10 minutes before my burger which is a big no no. The fries were okay in fairness. Then my double cheeseburger arrived, but it was only a single cheeseburger and not on a plate but a small piece wood about 20cc x 20cm meaning almost impossible to eat without it falling off onto the table. No tomato or onions on the burger but lettuce and loads of mayonaise. The pate was cooked well but nothing like the photo. Overall I was disappointed but the waitress was super helpful and polite. Random walk passed by and thought that it look good. We started by order Cesar salads it was serve in plastic box. They said the reason behind this is customer who can't finish it can bring it home. Cesar salad taste good, I who normally not a big fan of Caesar also love it. Sirloin and pork shop is nice too. However I felt sirloin was a bit small for me lol BBQ pork rib was very slow . Other table who came later finish and checked out before my BBQ ribs was served and I'm starving. BBQ pork rib taste ok the sauce is quite spicy for me but not that impressive for a big fan of pork ribs like me. We were actually going to another steak restaurant, but as it was closed unexpectly, we tried Chef Clint Bistro. Worked out for the best, excellent meal for the price. We had the bacon wrapped sausage app which was very tasty. Also tried the buffalo wings, which were a little disappointing, were more sweet than hot wings. We both tried the beef tenderloin, which we ordered medium rare and the meat was cooked perfectly. Meat was seasoned well and served with a small salad and waffle cut fries.
