Exploring Chiang Rai’s Central Plaza during the weekend is an experience of transformation and joy. The city breathes life into its streets, morphing into a bustling walking street market. Artisans and craftsmen display their unique creations, beckoning visitors to partake in the local craftsmanship that extends far beyond the ordinary.
The journey from the historic clock tower to the plaza is a feast for the senses, with food stalls offering a mosaic of flavors. Gather your culinary treasures and head to the main square, where the community converges to dine al fresco, sharing in the collective spirit of the city.
As the evening unfolds, music fills the air, a universal language that invites everyone to dance. It’s a scene reminiscent of a European piazza, where the vibrancy of public life is celebrated. This is Chiang Rai at its most vivacious—where culture, cuisine, and community come together to create unforgettable moments. #ChiangRaiNights #WalkingStreetMarket #CulturalVibrancy...

I spend most of my time taking pictures but also look around and eat quite a lot since there are so many delicious things on offer. So if you are planning on visiting Chiang Rai, make sure to include a...
