Worst experience I’ve ever had at any massage place. I was absolutely shocked by how badly the owner treats her customers — no listening, no respect, and absolutely no attempt to solve any issues. She’s shockingly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional, treating customers as if they’re a burden rather than guests.

When I raised a concern, she didn’t just ignore it — she blamed me and verbally attacked me instead. There’s zero service mind, zero hospitality, and zero accountability.

No one deserves to be treated like this. Absolutely avoid this place. Save yourself the trouble — there are plenty of better, kinder, and more respectful spas in Pattaya. Go literally anywhere else.

This place is an absolute disgrace to the word “spa.” The owner clearly has no concept of customer service. Instead of solving problems, she chooses to insult and blame customers. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Don’t waste your time or money here – unless you enjoy being yelled at for no reason.

It’s disappointing to see that rather than apologizing or taking accountability, you’ve chosen to mention unrelated parties and even threaten legal action. That is not how respectful, service-minded businesses operate.

Yes — it’s true that I had been drinking during the event, and I was momentarily unavailable. But that does not justify the way your business handled the situation.

Your massage staff could have easily requested assistance from the boat staff — which they had access to throughout the trip. Other vendors on the same boat were able to manage themselves and return to shore without any issue. Instead of resolving the problem professionally, you chose to publicly shame the customer and drag in unrelated third parties, including the name of a company that had nothing to do with the event.

Superb massage experience. The place is new, extremely clean and very professional. The atmosphere is truly relaxing with great, yet complex, smell of aromatherapy essential oil - a combination of mint and lavender or something else entirely that make you feel really comfy. The masseuse is quite great at their job. The force apply on my body can be accustomed to request. Khun Bhum and Khun Joy are very friendly and both of them know exactly what they are doing. Every time I asked them to apply more force to some part of my body to relieve my office-syndrome pain, they do exactly what I asked with great care. The package costs only 350 THB per hour which is extremely cheap. The quality of the massage is somewhat compatible to those spas in a four-to-five star hotel.
