I've been in Pattaya for 3 full weeks at this point, and so far this has had the best food I've gotten to eat. We had kefir, chicken kabobs, samsas, and beef and (I believe) onion dumplings.
The Good: -waiter was kind and spoke very good English (for Pattaya) -food was about average price for a sit down, non-hole in the wall place (200-300 Baht per plate) -kefir was good -Chicken was as plump and juicy as it gets, and came off the bone easy (which is usually a problem cause everyone here cuts their chicken across the bone, leaving you with mouthfuls of bone fragments once you manage to finally get the meat off) -dumplings tasted wonderful -Samsas were the highlight of the meal (I'm from Philly, so imagine a cheesesteak with onions stuffed inside a croissant and that's what they tasted like)
The Bad: -The seasoning of the chicken wasn't how I might do it -the filling of the dumplings was pretty low quality beef, with a fair bit of gristle and unrenderded fat (still tasted good tho) -I ordered their homemade tandoor flatbread, but the waiter forgot to put it through to the cooks (it was not on the bill, and it ended up not mattering because we ordered more than enough food already)
Two things to note: First, the pictures included are not the portion sizes we got (we were already eating). You get 5 dumplings and 4 samsas. Second, my critiques are pretty nitpicky, I am known to be a pretty critical person who can manage to find cons in a sea of pros. It's just who I am at this point, for better or worse. What I mean by that is overall, I highly recommend you visit this restaurant without a doubt, unless you are vegan or lactose intolerant: you won't have a ton of options to choose from (at least from what I remember). Thank you to Uzbekistan Lazzanti for a...

While celebrating my birthday, my bf and I decided to stop in here and try the food as I have never had Uzbekistani food and the ladies here were such darlings. They really took care of us I felt like I was sitting in at a kitchen table with my family.
We got the food and it was so tasty and the bread was out of this world, all homemade by these wonderful ladies.
Once we finished the delicious food we stopped to have a conversation with them, finding out their life story and how they ended up here in pattaya, it was quite interesting to listen to.
Once we finished and paid out billl the ladies packed up some breakfast treats for us to take back to our hotel to have Uzbekistani breakfast with our morning coffee. WOW .. such a sweet gesture, we graciously accepted and went on our merry way! I will always remember that gesture! Thank you so much dn I would highly recommend to come to this place for the heart warming food and delicious bites.

The setting is absolutely enchanting, with beautiful carpets and pictures creating an authentic atmosphere. The food is equally impressive. The meat skewers are generously portioned, juicy, and incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned. We were particularly delighted by the amazing meat-stuffed pastries, freshly baked in their brick oven – a true tandoori experience. To top it off, the salads were a refreshing accompaniment. What truly sets this place apart is the authentic experience. You'll find it frequented by locals, including many Russians and Uzbeks themselves – a sure sign of quality. And the prices? Remarkably fair for such delicious and authentic cuisine. Highly...
