2 Extremely rude staff shouting swearing in turkish language! Pointing finger and being aggressive ! Just over a simple question that we were a family of 10 we wanted 8 to in one cable car and the other 2 to go separate he just gone berserk and shouted swearing and pointing finger! The other staff on the top of the hill shouted because one of the family members asked where to go and queue! This behaviour from both them was unacceptable especially with tourists! Completely ruined the trip!! I hope management takes proper action on both of them! This was supposed to be fun day turned out very disappointing by both of the employees very unprofessional! They both may have some sort of problem in their lifes but it doesn’t mean they take this out on the tourist. We are paying for the trip and which pays their wages you should provide service with a smile not shout of swear ! We visted and paid for 2 adults 2 children return before we even got into the carts we was spoken to aggressively when asked if we need to share with another family as they was a family of 5 and that would make 9 people in the cart. We wasn't told that we needed to purchase a family ticket to request a car as just a 4 person family. (which we wasnt requesting and only asked this as the cart stated people per cart not 9 people, then was told to pay an extra 1500l (£35) on top before even getting on! We refused as we already had Tickets and was sent to the back of the que, this wasn't our first time on and this wasn't the case before, we was explaining that we wasn't made aware when paying that we needed to buy a family ticket we was asked how many and i simply told them 2 adults and 2 children before paying.but the male staff was very aggressive and Intimidating!! couldn't get money back either as they staff made my daughter cry and scared to go on the car.awful start of the day what should of been a nice experience for my...
