In 2 areas it was forbidden to make photos. In one area they put their own photographer for extra cash

On some figures the quality or similarity was not given. It looks like different kinds of artists worked on the figures, some talented, some not.

A lot of figures was reporters of some known Turkish newspapers and TV programs. This part was a little boring for me

WHAT A FRUSTRATION!!

So what you expect from a wax museum is something professional, something "accurate", right? But this museum is just an exhibition of amateur wax sculptures, created by the president of municipal.

To be honest for someone who is not a professional sculptor, these wax sculptures seem great. But on the other hand they are not good enough to but in a museum. And if you do put them in a museum then please don't ask for any entrance fee, it really doesn't worth that much.

If you're asking for what kind of differences are there, let me tell you. First of all none of those sculptures' heights are accurate. Secondly, there were some wrong information like, Cüneyt Arkın wearing his costume from his 30s, but looks like 70-80 years old.

Okay you can pay the fee, it's not that much of a thing but still, in my opinion there shouldn't be any fee and there should also be some other sculptures made by talented young sculptors or other amateurs just like the president himself. Still, a nice way to...

Eskişehir Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Büyükerşen’in, Eskişehir’e, kazandırdığı ve dünyanın pek çok ülkesinde bulunan “Madam Tussaud” Müzesi’nin Türkiye’deki ilk örneği olan “Yılmaz Büyükerşen Balmumu Heykeller Müzesi”nde, Yılmaz Büyükerşen’in Büyükşehir Belediyesi’ne bağışladığı, tarihi kişiler ile yerli ve yabancı ünlü 200 kişinin heykeli yer almaktadır. Müzede, Atatürk’ün çeşitli dönemlerini yansıtan heykelleri, Atatürk’ün ailesinin yanı sıra yerli ve yabancı devlet adamlarının, sanatçıların, medya mensuplarının ve sporcuların canlı hissi veren heykelleri, değişik dekorlar önünde sergilenmektedir. Balmumu Müzesi’nde aynı zamanda Eskişehir’in ve Türkiye’nin tarihinden kesitlere de yer verilmiştir. Zaman içinde Eskişehir’e gelecek olan ünlü kişilerin ölçüleri alınıp, özel fotoğrafları çekilerek yapılacak olan balmumu heykelleri de müzedeki yerini alacaktır.

Türkiye’de türünün ilk örneği olan Yılmaz Büyükerşen Balmumu Heykeller Müzesi, 2013 yılında, bizzat Yılmaz Büyükerşen’in yıllar boyunca yaptığı heykellerle açılmıştır. Yılmaz Büyükerşen, bu müzede sergilenen balmumu heykellerden önce, Anıtkabir’de, Samsun’da, İnebolu’da, İzmir’de, Harp Akademilerinde ve Deniz Harp Okulunda sergilenen balmumu Atatürk heykellerini de yapmıştır.

Müzede beş salonda sergilenen 198 balmumu heykeli bulunmaktadır. Salonlar;
