Baskin Robbins- Muroor Mall — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

I am a big fan of BR and their icecreams. I visit often to buy cakes as well; but I had a very unpleasant experience today with the lady there. I did not get her name, but she is African. I picked a pie from the freezer, and I was asking her about the swiss roll, which they did not have. She informs me that it is not baked or prepared in their shop, but usually delivered. I was disappointed, but decided to take the ice-cream pie which I was holding. She orders me, "You put that back now in the fridge and I will get you another one from inside." I was taken aback by her response, and replied, "That is not the way to address a client, or anyone." I put the pie back as she was going inside. I just left...she was impolite, unprofessional and unapologetic for her...
