As far as I've realized, almost nobody from tourists has any idea what it is. In the comments that i've heard some of the people think that this is a monument, a part of an artistic installation, but I've also heard opinions that these are domino blocks ... Well. The monument is located roughly halfway between the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates.
