Read moreThere support system does not exist in case you have an issue. You call they say WhatsApp and you WhatsApp they say email and you email they say email another and you never get a response.
Kids stay free us a hoax, they basically give you a room for two and you have to manage two kids in the same bed and this is the complain I wanted to make but nowhere to get a response.
I went to the hotel we were given a room which barely fit a king bed. Hotel told us this is room is for two adults, if I pay for an additional bed they can get portable bed in the room but that fits three people. We were four (2 adults and 2 kids). I called them, contacted them on WhatsApp and emailed them but kids were tired if traveling so I paid for another room and checked in. Other room had sofa bed for two kids and a bed for us. I am still following up with them to reimburse me but there is no way anyone will ever reply you properly or address the concern. I have sent an email to Miral as well which is their parent company and I am going to send an email to Ministry of Tourism now but very frustrating experience. Once you pay them you are doomed so never book with them. Just buy the tickets and do your hotel bookings yourself.
Also the Dusit Thani hotel is neighboring hotel and shows Yas Shuttle but upon reaching there we learnt it is not basically a bus not shuttle so it leaves at 1145 in the morning once a day and then come back 530 something once a day so not a shuttle which goes frequently so you can go and come back when you want. It was a good deal but not worth the hassle. I will never book with them again and advise not to book with them. They deserve 0 star but unfortunately 1 star is minimum I can choose.
Update 2 July: although they mentioned that they will be reaching out for reimbursement, they did eventually reply but not to compensate or apologize but to tell me that this is how it works, it is your comfort that you don't want 4 people on one bed and want extra bed. My only question how in the world you fit 4 people on one bed and they keep saying we understand it is for your...
