We just visited the store with the intent to purchase a Nintendo Switch 2. While browsing, we clearly needed assistance and made efforts to request help. Unfortunately, none of your staff approached or offered any support. It was evident that other customers were being assisted, but we were completely ignored.
After our disappointing experience, I approached one of the Kabayan staff at the cashier to share what had happened. She suggested that we write our complaint in their suggestion box, but I politely declined and decided to leave a review on Google to make our concerns publicly known
As Kabayan (Filipinos), we felt discriminated against. It appeared that your staff assumed we could not afford the product, which is not only insulting and disrespectful but also a clear act of racial profiling. This kind of discriminatory treatment has no place in a customer-oriented environment and goes against the values of inclusivity and respect.

I had Du wifi and was happy. then switched to etisalat. not that good in Al bahia. wanted to check Virgin for a month and use same DU wifi. Met Mahmoud and explained my situation. he ensured me that DU router will work. I was worried about Virgin support as there is no phone but chat only. Also wanted to take a month to try, he advises me to take the year for the deal. in app for the year you cant avoid the router. but he found a way to save me 600 aed by not taking the router and gave me his number. 2 days with Virgin and it is same network as DU. works very fine. didnt have to call Virgin or Mahmoud but really appreciate how the process took maybe 5mns to get the sim. I saw in review that using app, the 60mns delivery promise is rarely kept. Also i went to physical kiosk because i wasnt able to register in app. it was because long time ago, i had an account with virgin mobile but the app didnt give me an error showing that. Mahmoud suggested to use another email and it worked....

A few months ago, I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 from the same place, and the adapter that came with it was faulty as well.
What makes it worse is that I’ve had to make the trip back just to exchange or fix faulty items. It feels like there’s no proper quality control before products are sold—or the suppliers they use are not reliable.
While the staff do replace the items, they’ve never offered any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which only adds to the frustration.
