Big Belly Restaurant:

I went with my family and we had a really good experience overall. The food was delicious — it did take a little while to come out, but honestly, that’s always a good sign that it was being made on the spot and is not pre-prepared. Definitely worth the wait.

The restaurant itself was really nicely decorated and made us feel like we truly were in a 60s American diner.

However, the highlight of our visit to the restaurant was our server, Yesenia. She was incredibly polite and attentive. And what made it even better was that she spoke Spanish! This was super helpful for our family since we are Spanish, it helped us understand better and made the experience more enjoyable and comfortable. We were really grateful that we were able to speak in Spanish. Thank you, Yesenia.

We were there today, at Big Belly Burger for lunch and the food was great.

Out initial server at the till upsold me a brownie with the staff members singing Happy Birthday to my son. This was great.

The manager Zahid and his team were very patient with us. They sang my little mad happy birthday and he loved it.

Then later that eveningat 8pm it was a lovely to look over & see Zahid waving to us, particularly to my son when we were making our way to the exit. We saw him waving to us, so we sent on over to the stall. It was a lovely touch that he still recognised us from 6hrs ago. He asked how we were/how we had enjoyed the rest of our are day since leaving them. And then he offered my little man some cancy floss.

Went in last night to be moved around like cows. Everytime we started ordering we were told to move to the next slot and the staff refused to talk to us unless we were standing in the exact position required. Asked about hot dogs and the woman shows me measurement with her fingers, displaying a small deviation in size. When asked for the 5th time to repeat our order we say this service is really bad and they choose to argue and belitte. Asked for a manager who surprisingly was standing right there and refused to intervene. Requested a head office number and manager said she would call her superiors then continued with taking down an order and told me she would get around to it eventually. Wow this was beautiful!
