Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation - Sharjah Labour Office — Attraction in Al Qasimia

I accompanied my cousin today as she got an appointment to the labour office -Sharjah (May 28). We waited for this day to come so that she can explain her side of story but unfortunately the labour lady officer did not give her a chance to talk and explain. The officer is only listening to the iranian PRO which speaks arabic. The officer ask only my cousin 1 question..You want to continue working with them of they will give you one year banned??? without asking other question and details she just make her conclusion out of the company PRO stories. I hope labour officer should give fair judgment. I even ask the officer if I can come inside bcoz my cousin cannot speak english very well but she said NO. My cousin was forcefully asked to sign a cancellation paper and when she said NO the company filed a case against her. Since April 12 she has no work- shes asking for termination paper but the company doesnt want to give. Since april 12 until May 27 no update from the company. Even the shop she’s working already close and some of her colleagues already cancelled. Now there making stories that its not a cancellation paper there asking my cousin to sign and only a warning letter. What a lie! my cousin signed already a warning letter which in fact has a story behind it...all the accusations and salary deductions. If only the Labour officer listen she will come to know the whole story. I hope LABOUR OFFICER SHOULD PRACTICE FAIRNESS AND EQUALITY- esp to those small people and not be BIAS. We were so disappointed with the outcome. It turns out that if you dont know how to speak arabic you cannot fight for your rights. They keep telling that Labour is fair and they will listen. But turns out differently. Even security guards also are rude. I was thinking if we were not able to fight for our rights what more those construction workers (indian and pakistani nationalities) who were there also waiting for there turns. So sad but Justice was not served for my cousin. Now eventhough she dont trust her company anymore it seems she has no choice but to continue working with them, until she finish her...

بالنسبه لتوثيق عقد المواطنين الا يوجد ف كل اماره وزاره الموارد البشرية وكوننا من اماره دبي يتوجب علينا الذهاب الي اماره الشارقة او عجمان او مدينه العين لا نجاز المعاملة انا بالنسبه للمعاملة التي تلقيناها ف فر ع الشارقة وخاصه مديره الفرع التي سهلت لنا التوثيق وجزاها الله خير وبسؤال مديره الفرع عن سبب حضورنا من اماره دبي الي اماره الشارقة اختبرناها بان مركز امر أفادونا بان نتوجه الي اماره الشارقة وتحديدا الي وزاره التوطين فقالت المديره بان في كل اماره هناك افرع لتوثيق العقود الخاصه للمواطنين خلاصه الموضوع ان الدوله وفرت في كل اماره مكان لإنجاز المعاملات وذلك لتسهيل علي المواطن او الوافد لإنجاز معاملته واشكر حكومتنا الرشيده علي تسهيل حياه من يقيم علي ارض الامارات...

وزارة التوطين صراحة ضياع وقت رأي الشخصي موظفين على الفاضي كلما أقولهم عندي مشكلة ولا شكوى يقولون راجع المحكمة انزين عيل شو خانت الوزارة ؟ ما تقدر تراجع عند حد يقولولك اولاين واذا تبغي تطالب حقك يقولون اونلاين صارلي 8 ايام محد دقلي ولا حد خذا حقي وآخر شيء تقولولي محكمة مكتب خدم صارو عارفين الإجراءات وعارفين انه إذا ما ردو على اتصال الوزارة يقولك موظف الوزارة روح راجع المحكمة عن نفسي محد خذا حقي وللحين أطالب حقي من مكتب الخدم ومحد قادر ياخذ حقي شو اسوي ما عرف

ثاني شيء قلت بدفع غرامات وقدمت طلب عشان الغرامات اسبوع لين تي الموافقة احسب كل يوم 50 درهم والله إجراءاتهم بطيئة جدا مافي حد نقدر نراجع عندهم وتتصل كول سنتر يقولون اونلاين
