Standing on the Bulgari Marina and Yacht Club terrace, the overwhelming feeling is of being somewhere far away from Dubai.
Up here, looking out over the 50-berth marina, there are no tourists milling about; no taxis tooting for business and none of that draining/droning city noise, just peace, quiet and whatever drink you’ve ordered from the bar.
In fact, the only giveaway as to where you are is the iconic Business Bay skyline, with the centre-stage Burj Khalifa making for a very Instagram-friendly vista. Sipping on a juice while enjoying the view, you feel part of a very exclusive club and that’s no surprise, as Bulgari has put considerable effort into the yacht club – after all, it’s the only one on the planet.
Bvlgari villa prices are around AED 100,000, per night where film, rock and rap stars have all stayed here, with the location on the seahorse-shaped Jumeira Bay, guaranteeing privacy. Top class dining is all part of the experience, with Michelin-starred chef, Niko Romito, serving up modern and classical Italian concepts exclusively for Il Ristorante by Niko Romito. Chef Masahiro Sugiyama takes his nine guests on a one-of-a-kind sushi journey at Hōseki, with the hotel’s spa and fitness teams on standby to help you work it all off.
As with all the Bulgari hotels, the Bulgari Resort Dubai was designed by the renowned Italian architectural firm of Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. Regular visitors to the Milan, London, Bali, Beijing and Shanghai hotels will feel immediately at home, with the Mediterranean feel combined with the ‘Made in Italy’ quality – a look and feel reproduced here in...
Read moreThis is a place where i came for first time and I can say that I am very very disappointed. My husband and I came for dinner late in the evening and all I can say that this place didn't meet our expectations at all. The main problem was the service. We didn't get a person to attend our table ,we got many, and at the end nothing good came up.They gave the impression that they were very busy somewhere else. Because was a chilly evening and our table was outside I asked 3 different persons for a shawl and all 3 they promised one which never came up. The guy that took our order he didn't appeared confident,he appeared distracted, which lead to miss parts of the order. We were the one who asked for more wine and for a desert menu. And absolutely no one came to interact with us to ask us how we feel or how is the food,so no personal touch.. Plus the ladies rest room was very bad maintained! 👎 We shared the feedback with the manager and the excuse was very pathetic: " WE WERE VERY BUSY.We apologise for any inconvenience, thank you for your feedback" .That's it ! Definitely is a place where I will not go next time because when you say Bvlgari you think of 5* everything but nope in...
Read moreI wanted to share some positive feedback regarding our recent visit to the yacht club to celebrate Father's Day.
Last night, my friends and I had the pleasure of being served by Wiwit, who truly made our evening memorable. Wiwit's service was exceptional, she was attentive, professional, and maintained a delightful demeanor throughout the night. Her friendly and accommodating approach significantly enhanced our dining experience.
Unfortunately, I must also mention that one of the waiters displayed sharpness towards our group, which was disappointing and detracted from our enjoyment of the evening. Interestingly, we observed that this same waiter appeared quite friendly and accommodating when interacting with female guests, two times actually, the same happened when i visited earlier. This incident stood out in contrast to Wiwit's exemplary service.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback and hope it contributes to maintaining the high standards of service at Bulgari Yacht Club. Thank you for acknowledging Wiwit's outstanding performance and for addressing any concerns...
