NEVER GOING BACK !!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Honestly I enjoyed the kart experience it was fun but the service is the WORST .

LONG WAITS EVEN IF YOURE BOOKED, BAD SERVICE , THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER THEY MAKE EXCUSES AND DONT COMPENSATE YOU IN ANYWAY , NO REFUND NO FREE SESSION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Seems like they don’t care about the customer or customer loyalty.

We had MAJOR DELAYS everytime, although we book and pay in advance. we were given multiple excuses every single time .

The first time I went I thought maybe the delays were because they’re busy the second time I got annoyed but third and fourth time I knew it was their really bad management style .

My fourth and last time there I invited a group of friends most were coming for the first time we all booked for the 11.00pm. Slot , initially they’re like sorry we can’t let you all in together the session is over booked , umm why accept bookings if the session is over booked and this happened almost every time i went, my friends were really pissed off cause the only other option was to wait , which after arguing and asking to speak to the manager (which doesn’t exist ) we decided to wait , the wait ended up being a 50 min wait , my friends were pissed and I was trying to convince them that the experience was gonna be worth it , eventually we go in , on of my friends kart doesn’t shoot and a couple others were glitchy . the funny thing is they didn’t care , they didn’t refund my friend , they didn’t offer us a discount on next session for the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE THEY PUT US THROUGH, nothingggggggggg, I was a regular customer that brought in new clients everytime I went , they didn’t care I left my contact details they told me will get in touch and I thought that maybe they will speak to management and get back to me NOTHING , we had 7 tickets booked that night worst experience , waste of money , very disrespectful management .

They need to up their operations or they will lose most of their customers . It’s very weird that they don’t care about customer experience , repeat customers bring are important for business continuity , you can’t rely only on one time customers and have bad service , strange...

This year we did not have a pleasant experience. Team was not organized, not aware of the details of the event. We have picked a theme that was not communicated Lack of communication among the team and hence lack of coordination of the games for the kids. Also, the food team were not aware of what they should serve and asked me about hot dog sandwiches!! The package included games that was not available The package had also a piñata that was not made available The place was over booked, extremely crowded and the AC was not working properly. Other guests used our chairs and table and mixed their gifts with my daughter’s and there was no coordinator to the event since they were allowed to book and celebrate a birthday not under the normal booking. It’s extremely unfair to your customers who followed the process to allow other birthdays outside the package and the place coordination. Unprofessional handling of our belongings , the table was removed without informing or aligning me. We came here to check it out and we're so impressed by the experience of the kart. I've played Mario kart on Nintendo switch and so playing this in real life was such a treat! The tracks change after each round with assistance from all the lights and lasers above. You have powerups you collect by driving over boxes illuminated on the track and use it to best you opponents during the race. It's really cool and seemed very intuitive for me. They even have hundreds of preinstalled arcade games in the machines you can play for free in the lobby. We payed for another section where they have multiple games including an airsoft shooting range but only could do the shooting that day as the other games were malfunctioning due to the recent flood and they were in process of fixing it. We had a very pleasant chat with the owner and all the staff were great. This place will likely start becoming more popular as word gets around since it is newly opened. If you enjoy mario kart and/or go Karting in general, I highly recommend trying this out as it is a novel approach to the go Karting...
