The supervisors are very rude in dealing with customers, it reached to the level where I would call the police!!!!
10 days before i asked them for reservation for UCL final match, they said that they won’t accept any reservations on that day first come first serve, on the day of the match we came 3 hours before, cafe-shop was empty, they didn’t allow us to sit because all tables were reserved to the “daily customers” (btw they’re not daily, they’re their close friends) OKAY, I would accept that but at least they have to let me know when i asked them 10 days before, so I could make my plan on a different place, I could not make different plan on the same day of the match 3 hours before!!!!!
Both were dealing disrespectfully, and they stopped when i told them “call the police”, I don’t know maybe they got afraid because I was right!!!! I believe if the owner was there he would never accept this kind of behavior from his employees
I have one advice to the owner if he’s reading this review “ The place is very nice, but your supervisors behavior is not matching the quality of this place”

Read moreWe visited Kana Cafe Sheikh Zayed last night just to enjoy some shisha and pika-pika food. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed, which gave us a good first impression. We chose to sit upstairs in the right corner, where one gentleman assisted us he was very friendly and attentive.
However, our experience with two of the female staff was disappointing. They seemed irritated and unfriendly from the start. Even when we smiled at them, they didn’t smile back or show any effort to be welcoming. It felt like they didn’t want to assist us at all. My friend told me maybe they were just tired, so I tried to let it go but as staff, especially in hospitality, you should still be professional and courteous regardless.
The real issue came when we asked for the bill. One of the same lady brought it over, and her attitude was quite rude. While we were checking and dividing the bill, she made hand gestures and gave off the impression that we should just pay without question. As customers, we have every right to check our bill, and her lack of patience and attitude were unacceptable.
Overall, Kana Cafe has a nice atmosphere and some friendly staff, but management really needs to address the behavior of certain employees to ensure customers feel respected...
Read moreI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience at Kana Cafe on 22.12.2024 12:45pm. My group and I spent 440 AED at your establishment, only to be rushed and not provided with a proper dining experience.
We were not informed about the café's closing time when we were seated, and we were shocked to find that we were given only 45 minutes to eat. Despite our clear request for proper service, we were hurried through our meal. When we asked to speak with the manager, the staff informed us that the manager had already left for the day.
This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount we spent. We were out of the café by 1:55 AM, and I find it highly unprofessional that no effort was made to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience.
I demand an explanation for this poor service and expect to be contacted by the manager at the earliest opportunity to address...
