Simply a full customer experience, all other restaurants in UAE should learn from Dejavu. From the time I requested a reservation till the moment we drove our car away they are with us. Everything is just outstanding. The team has went extra mile for our satisfaction. All of those who served us know what they are doing and how to do it. I will leave a review every on every platform available on this place and we will definitely visit again. Dejavu is dejavu! No competitor for this place and this service anywhere! I'll go through some details. I called for reservation to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, all information were given to me and I could feel the smile of the lady through the call. I mentioned later that it was my friend's birthday so the lady mentioned about the cakes available and all options. When I reached all what we had to do is literally park our car and then Dejavu took care of us from the step door. The warm welcome with the amazing smiling face. The exterior and interior of the place are so beautiful like ancient times. Uniforms of the team are 100% matching the concept. The team are of literally 6 different nationalities at least in which the management obviously made sure to confirm diversity (so smart). Hosts walked us to the table we chose and made sure we are comfortable. When we order, the waiter (and all others) is so professional, hands behind the back, listening carefully to the order, helping us to make the choices we love and explaining about all menu plates, repeating to confirm. Shisha server is so friendly we loved him! He told us about every single flavor in the menu and recommended some to try, he knows all details! His name is Reda if you go there ask to meet him he is amazing and he went far from extra mile with serving us. There is a very clever DJ and amazing magician! He added an extra cherry to the experience! Food was amazing and drink omg! So tasty! When we order sweet and coffee, they didn't forget that I mentioned it's my boyfriend's birthday and they made a small celebration for him! This place went to 100 starts not only 5 in my heart and it is beyond amazing. Now the surprise when we left they walked us to the door and another team member by the door from outside opened the door for us to leave and walked us to the car!! Opened the car door and made sure we go reverse and leave safely! Seriously where did u hear that such a team member does that? I love Dejavu and I loved the whole team and thank you guys aloooottt for this amazing experience! We didn't get food and shisha, we got a full customer experience. The team was so professionally trained to host, greet and welcome customers, they were so friendly and ready to assist all the time. Hosts welcomed us once we entered and escorted us to our chosen table, ensuring our comfort. When ordering, the waiter was carefully listening to us and he suggested many delicious plates and detailed explanations of the menu added to the experience. The shisha server, Reda, was not only friendly but went above and beyond. The DJ and magician added an extra layer of enjoyment. The food and drinks were delectable. They even remembered it was my birthday, creating a small celebration. I was surprised when the team approached our table singing “happy birthday to you “ it was arranged by my sweetheart, she also asked the restaurant team to make everything perfect to make me happy and the team did their job and much more. I cant describe the amazing experience from leaving my car till i returned back to my car. The surprises continued as they escorted us to the door, opened it, and walked us to the car, ensuring our safe departure. DejaVu restaurant offers an extraordinary dining experience that I can't stop raving about. Their Kubideh (Beef Kebab) is simply out of this world delicious, perfectly complemented by the heavenly saffron rice. It's hands down the best Persian food I've ever had in my life!

One thing that truly sets DejaVu apart is the impeccable hospitality from everyone, starting from the warm reception to the attentive servers and even the shisha guys who are unbelievably polite and hospitable.
