Dubai Desert Safari — Attraction in Dubai

Not as briefed to us before purchase... Though we got some discount by driving to the starting point from Dubai. For which we thank the organizer however would highlight the following. Staff was completely disconnected from us as a customer they were calling cards rather than attending customers. There is no briefing on schedules and what do where. You are left in the tent to find out what's in your package and what's not. Didnt see any sign of sand boarding neither someone asked us, it was part of the package. Thetorcycle guy argued with us on sharing whereas organizer mentioned that there is no issue if we share it since with small children they are not interested in a 20 min ride. Small ordinary bikes are free as part of package. The big and real ones require extra amount. Camel ride is just camel standing and taking three steps and sitting down their are other ppl there charging for real service i.e. if u need a considerable camel ride u need to pay extra. Sheesha hooka is only available in the corner. If u need it on your table u need to pay extra. Timings of events and departure time is not communicated soon after dinner at 7 pm u have to leave. Snacks were finished by the time we entered the tent. Soft drinks are the likes of brands not the actuals. Keep extra cash above the tour price as for every real thing that u need a piece of mind extra amount...

Put off by cheapster tricks by the safari people. Driver picked us up from home but drove at 60 km/hr to save petrol. We spent an hour going and 90 minutes coming back. Then the car had a flat tire and driver took an hour to repair it while we waited doing nothing. Replacing the tire should not take more than 10 minutes. Dune bashing ended in 15 minutes and mostly done on flat land. Buffet had 10 salads, 5 lintels, 5 rice dishes. And someone outside the buffet tent was handing out 1 chicken leg and 1 kabob at a time. It took me 5 trips to complete my dinner. One would expect arabian food in a desert safari, not pakistani kabobs. Drinks were limited and time restricted. Dubai desert safari experience is a must try .. Be aware of the package you book with the companies . They will say it’s a vip package but when they pick u up , u ll have to share with multiple people .
