I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. I was shocked to find cockroaches running around the fresh fruit section, which is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment, especially one that sells food to the public.

When I raised the issue and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that none were available. I then asked to speak to the manager, and was simply told to "go and see him in his office" — which is located at the back of the store. This lack of urgency and accountability from your staff was incredibly frustrating.

I want to warn other shoppers to thoroughly inspect their groceries while packing and unpacking. Based on what I saw, there is a real risk of pests like roaches being brought home with your produce.

I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and conduct a full investigation into your hygiene and pest control measures. This experience has made me question the safety and cleanliness of your store, and I will be reconsidering where I shop...

They were preparing the pre-cut display items in the morning... Everything they took out was cut and left on the room temperature, both full piece and the ones in foil... All sorts of cold cuts and cheese just hanging there all piled up together on a room temperature waiting for them to finish all before they put it back in the fridge. Girl kept taking out new pieces without returning to the fridge the ones she was done with, leaving them all there half a metre away from the trash bin. I stayed there for a while to see if they will finally start putting back the ones they were done with, but no. I will never buy deli here again.
