PROS -its the LONGEST in the world so flight time is close to 2min which is impressive -good value for money in my opinion at 350 AED -there is a restaurant and cafe at the top for before/after -its a change of scenery from Dubai, situated 2h by car deep in the mountains where they built an impeccable 20km road -very safe NEGATIVES -having done a couple of bungees and ziplines before, the adrenaline here was close to none for me -the view across the valley is essentially the same -the Zipline team doesn’t seem to take into account wind friction which means that some people will go much faster than others depending on the timing (my opinion) as my dad’s experience ended some 15m before the platform while I arrived smoothly to the finish line. -the GoPro videos are given to you on an SD card straight out of the GoPro so they don’t even copy them on a USD or improve them or anything Oh and beware that half the activities you’ll see on the website are not available and still being built. I think this place will have much more to offer in a couple of years. Still happy I went.

Made a booking online, payment went through but no booking confirmation. Had to spend time verifying with their team that I had a booking. Slightly annoying. Great drive to the location, it was in the middle of the week so there was no traffic and very few people. Check in at the zipline and the prep process was fast. Not impressed with the lady that was putting on my gear: she told me to change my hairstyle but luckily someone else confirmed my hair was fine; while she was prepping me, the guy next to me had done two people. Didn't feel confident she did a good job. Asked the guys at the top to check my gear, it was all good - mental apology to the lady for my lack of trust in her. The flight was over so quickly - I don't think it was even one minute! Adrenaline rush zero. Pretty views, not particularly impressive. What was incredibly impressive though was the structure on arrival which is completely suspended in air, held by steel cables. What a piece of engineering! Back to the attraction: slightly overpriced in my view. If it was crowded and I had to wait, I would have walked away. But as I experienced it, it was a super fun thing to do.

It's quite a drive from Dubai but it is definitely worth it.. The experience is amazing. The sights are simply breathtaking. Booking was easy, directly on the website, the road to the place was smooth. The staff super friendly, super supportive. They helped us with the gear and once we were set, it was a very exhilarating experience. The price is reasonable and the team adhere to good safety measures and make sure it is an enjoyable experience for everyone. Not ideal in the summer months, but on the mountain top, it was a bit windy. Definitely must-try! One of the top things to do in UAE. Much gratitude to everyone on the team..

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had in UAE. Very professional staff and took care of each customer with care and patience. If you are into adventures, I highly recommend RAK zip line. Each staff member is very helpful and informative. A big shout out to Oliver for looking for my car key which got mixed up with another backpack. He patiently search each back pack and finally, found it!!! Which was such a relief. It was bit of a nerve-racking to lose our car key but all along, Oliver was trying to keep us calm and not to worry. Thanks Oliver, you are amazing! 🙏😍 Would not mind going second time.

Kompliment an die Betreiber! Nach Online Buchung war für mich auch eine Umbuchung auf einen früheren Slot uniompliziert möglich. Zunächst muss man online (vor Ort) den Haftungsausschluss unterzeichnen, dann ein Sicherheitsvideo anschauen und es geht in die "Ankleide". Sowohl die Mitarbeiter am Empfang als auch der Ankleide extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und humorvoll! Tolles, professionelles Team! Die Fahrt zum Launchpad auf den Gipfel kurz, hier besteht noch die Möglichkeit Fotos zu machen. Die Mitarbeiter auf dem Gipfel ebenfalls sehr offen, nett und hilfsbereit, vorallem aber routiniert und genau. Jeder Handgriff wird kontrolliert, alle Fragen nochmal beantwortet und jeder Gast wird optimal in die Startposition gebracht. Habe mich zu jeder Zeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Fahrt selbst hat viel Spass gemacht, ist trotz der enormen Distanz kurzweilig und nur ca 2 min lang. Phantastischer Ausblick! Ankunft auf dem freihängenden Landpad problemlos, manch einer schafft es (ggf aufgrund des Gewichts oder des Windes) nicht ganz und wird dann von den Mitarbeitern schnell und effizient die letzten Meter hinüber gezogen. Als kleinen Bonus gibt's eine zweite Fahrt (sitzend) zum Zielpunkt, bevor es mit dem Bus zurück zum Office geht, wo man einen Link zum Video (so mitgebucht) erhält. Klappt einwandfrei! Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Erlebnis, wirklich durchgehend top geschulte, aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Beim Lesen der Bewertungen fällt immer mal wieder auf, dass 1 Stern vergeben wurde weil wegen des Windes nicht gefahren werden konnte. Entspannt Euch, Leute: das ist schade, aber eine durchaus sinnvolle Sicherheitsmaßnahme. Auf den Wind hat der Betreiber keinen Einfluss. 5 Sterne, tolles Erlebnis, sehr gerne wieder!
