A great park for little ones, this play area has an extra wide slide, with easy to navigate steps (for even very little ones) and is big enough for you as an adult to go down next to them, or holding them, easily.

Read moreAlice Park is a lovely place to play, picnic, children's playground, skateboard rink, pentangle boules rink, that's free to use, pay as you go 4 tennis courts, sign up online. Also, the Alice Park Cafe, I had a lovely breakfast and coffee this morning, and the cafe does have a good selection of fast food, as well as healthy options. Be prepared to walk to the park as they only have a small car park. They often have events at the park. Check out the parks' website. Walking around this park is on tarmac paths and some slight inclines. But pleasant seats to sit on on your way around and visit the wild garden which has a lovely view of the whole park...
