Cloisters is set in a lovely environment, in an airy but cosy room with pretty stone walls.
The food was quite good, the flavours were excellent and skillful cooking techniques are used. For me, a few small details could have been improved, such as simply toasting the brioche that paired with the pate, and adding tenderstem broccoli to fit the dish's aesthetic.
The service was professional. I would have liked to know the grape of the wine being offered though, as I ended up have a mixture of two reds at one point. I'd like to add that they did very well to accommodate a large group of us on short notice!

Everything was delicious from the mushroom mouse before the meal to the mains with unique flavor pairings to the tonka bean parfait for dessert. My venison was cooked to perfection.
