We had the pleasure of booking the last tour of the day at 6 pm at McConnell's Distillery in Belfast – and what luck we had, as we got to experience the tour all to ourselves! Our guide, Kieran, was fantastic. Even though we were the only guests, he took plenty of time for us and patiently answered all our questions.

The tour took us through a beautifully restored prison, now the new home of McConnell's Distillery. It was incredibly fascinating to learn about the history of this place and McConnell's vision of producing whiskey here once again. Kieran shared in-depth details about the entire process and the brand's history – a full hour of exciting insights and unique ambiance.
