I have been here a few times and it's always been during the week and quiet. Each time it's been a pleasant experience. We decided to go for my nephews 9th birthday and pre booked on a Saturday early eve. My goodness it was like walking into a riot. There were people everywhere, queues everywhere, empty glasses and food all over the place. We had to clean our own bowling section because no-one was going to do it for us. Waited about 30 minutes for a drink and the bar and you could tell the staff were strained.none of them had the best attitude but I get that they were clearly pushed to their limits and the company actually don't care about staff levels. The manager was lovely and i made sure she was appreciated. the lane was playing up and only gave us one go at a time instead of two. There was a particular member of staff who was very rude and really didn't Want to be there. There was no need for his rudeness, regardless of how busy they were his attitude was shocking! I get they might he a bit short with how busy they were, but sadly he was just being nasty and spiteful for no reason. I love the concept of this place but it's not the first time that I've been annoyed with the companies logic. They choose when you can use concessions, so basically at busy times you either have to not be disabled or pay full price and they really really work their staff hard. All about the money I guess, and you can really see this in how it works during busy times.

The venue as a whole is nice and spacious it was quiet when I went but I can imagine even when busy it's not over crowded. Staff are very helpful and friendly and you get service at your lane. The food was nice but not much choice for vegetarians or anyone with food allergies. The game of bowling was quite expensive it's much cheaper if you pay online as they offer quite a few packages. They have a wide variety of games to play it was quite messy when I visited with food everywhere. There is a separate bar at this venue and free parking. Kids birthday parties also available.

Parking is free and plentiful, we pre booked a family ticket for 2 games of bowling and we were up and running within 5 minutes from walking in the door. There are plenty of balls to choose from, and you get the option to put the side rails up if you are a beginner, I wish I'd done this with all the kids as there were plenty of bail balls going on. Good fun for all really and the youngest used the trainer rail to roll the ball down. The arcade is decent too and we spent some time in there, can get quite expensive though. All in all decent value for money.

booked a party for 12 children last Saturday for my son. When I called to book it was easy and they were very accommodating. It cost me £17 per child. On the phone they told me to get everyone to arrive 10mins before to get food orders etc, the game was due to start at 10am. So When we arrived at 950 it was actually closed as it doesn't open until 10am!! By the time they opened at 10.05 I was told the party host would be along shortly and to just wait by our lanes. Come 10.15 the party host still hadn't arrived so I went to the reception desk and asked if they could enter the children's names and get the game started as after 25mins of waiting we had 12 impatient children. Everytime we had an issue we had to hunt our host down or go to the reception desk. The children did get their hour of bowling but only managed one game due to lots of faffing. The food was OK. While the host was giving out food she knocked over a cup full of drink over my 2 year daughter. She said sorry and this was fine accidents happen. But no one came to clean it up after 20mins of waiting one of the parents in my party managed to find a mop and blue roll and cleaned it up herself. I asked our host to bring out the cake as the children had finished their food. After 15 mins waiting I went to find the host she was walking from the other side of the building and told me to give her another 5 minutes while she got it sorted yet more waiting! We were given our 'free' return tickets but I was only given 9 not 12 so yet again had to go to the reception to get the other 3. I paid £17 per child for them to have one game of bowling and 5 chicken nuggets and fries! It would have cheaper for me to have brought this all separately. Yes they got a 'free' return by really I've payed for that so it wasn't free!! I was given a feedback sheet, which I filled in, and put at the bottom im happy for a call to discuss my views. More than a week later I've still not had a call back. So my guess is they don't care about my views as the received their money for their very over...

Fantastic bowling experience, was easy to book a lane, and food online for 2 adults and a child, and since we haven’t been bowling for years, I was amazed at the ease of everything. Last time I went bowling, you had to mess around at the counter giving/spelling names of each person, and then if you wanted the bumpers on, they were permanently up for all games, even if only one person required them, now all the players names can be done online before you arrive, and the bumpers can be set individually for each person, so if only the children need them, they will just pop up for them, then go back down for the next player, was very happy about this.

The whole place was very clean and tidy, and looks modern, toilets were spotless etc.

I’ve only deducted one star, as I felt the food was over priced for what you actually get, I mean it was nice, and cooked well, got no complaints about that, it’s just that I paid £25 for 2 adults and a child, which consisted of 3 chicken burgers, and 3 lots of fries, onion rings, and 4 drinks, now that sounded perfectly reasonable to me, that was before I saw the amount of food! The fries were like a Mac Donald’s large paper bag of fries(not very big) and then the chicken burger was literally just a breaded piece of chicken, and a couple of slices of lettuce, between a bun. If it had a slice of bacon and some tomato I would have been happier, just seemed abit skimpy for £25.

I probably wouldn’t eat a meal here again as it’s just too over priced for the amount of food, I might get some drinks, and then eat somewhere else afterwards, or just eat before going.

For bowling experience 10/10, absolutely brilliant.

Nice food, but over priced, if the manager sees this, you can keep the price, but make the fries portion size abit bigger, and add some bacon and tomato to the...
