A surprisingly comfortable soft play centre in Northfield, Birmingham. It costs £5 per child with complimentary toast and drinks during week days before 11am. Adults free entrance with children. You can stay for up to 2 hours. Free parking, but not many available parking lots, probably about 8-9. Usually there will be available spaces for parking as most people came here on foot. The facilities are pretty good, well maintained and clean. There were staff doing cleaning all the time. A 5-star from me (I have been to many soft play centre, this is quite a good one), it is quite spacious and lots of tables and chairs for parents to rest. For school holidays and other times it costs about £6.50 per child and £1 for an adult without complimentary toast and squash drink.

We had our little ones birthday party here. The staff was absolutely lovely and understanding while also being professional. The food was great, the buffet was perfect for the children as they were able to pick and choose what and when they wanted to eat. The place also offers mascots, and we had Bluey , which was great at entertaining the kids. The whole place was clean and tidy, nothing bad to say at all .

Just a little piece from the government website for the lady who asked why I wasn't wearing a mask and demanded a 'card' stating people had been showing her something on their phones as proof all day after I explained I am exempt. I don't appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable for having hidden disability.

Came across this soft play area when checking for something to do with girls on a low cost after weather let us down .was small but nice from inside girls were excited to explore as we organise to have a picnic but weather didn't agree so we had food with us and there was no signs saying no food or drinks allowed from the outside so we thought it was alright for us to eat as soon as girls started eating lady came and explain we not allowed who later we found was mother of people who owns it.we apologies like any other person and put the food away and asked the girls to quickly finish what that had in they hands few seconds later this other lady came running to us told us off and was rude to my daughter she basically called my daughter stupid whice was really hurtful and my sister stepped in and told the lady how rude she was but she was having none of it meanwhile myself I kapt quite because girls were already getting sacred so I waited unitl she went back to the reception and I then went after her to sort it told her how rude she was and how dare she talked to people especially kids like that but agian she was having none of it had to drag my sister while she was feeding her 6 months old baby as I got worried about my safety at this point she was coming quite strong at me .but this other lady was very nice stopped us for leaving the place even though we're so uncomfortable after the VIP treatment we received 😆there was a lot other people who had they own food but no one made an issue about them whice made me feel even more uncomfortable that she might had problems with us and I say no more🙊 we didn't even get a sorry after or apology from the owners. They really should send all they staff to do a course so know how to treat a person and being nice cast nothing. We're the reason they have business and keep treating people that way we got treated they be no business for them especially if they just started i did found out after its under new management and can clearly see it won't be coming back even though mother of the owners...

It looks nice when you walk in a bit small but the kids thought it looked fab however the whole experience was horrific the staff are rough asbo people The front of staff lady (who I later found out was the mother of the owners) was lovely.

Originally we was going to the cannon hill zoo with the children however the weather took a turn for the worst and instead we found this place. Initially it looked small but nice the kids got exited and away they went. The trouble started when the kids were eating their sandwiches and the owners mum told us they didn't allow outside food so we said ok as we didn't realise (as we was initially going out for a picnic at the zoo) and told them to finish what the sandwich they was eating and then go check the cafe out to pick something to eat however 2 seconds later this woman came charging over like a raging bull and screached at us telling the children to throw what they had in the bin I told her they was just finishing what they had and she became extremely hostile terrifying the kids and my 6 month old baby I decided not to continue arguing with the barbaric woman as I didn't want to scare my baby further, so my sister went over to speak to the manager who was actually lovely and again the barbarian came rushing over again screaching and waving her arms. The rudeness level was just so ridiculous it was unreal you can tell she obviously had no customer service knowledge or experience but then another staff member was sitting next to us discussing what had just happened- absolutely discusting no manners at all!!! Apart from the managers mum who sorted it out for us the rest of the staff are absolute savages!!! After bumping in to a few people on the way home apparently the place has a reputation for its rudeness and it wasnt just us who this has happend to, We won't be going back here. I would recommend scallywags the staff are lovely and polite and it's bigger...

Treasure Island? No. Terrible Island? Yes. I was there this morning with my kids. 2 and 4 year old. Wanted to buy lunch after play because we were really hungry. Been told the session expired. I have said we were really hungry with kids and just wanted to buy lunch, wanted to spend some money. Been refused and told to leave unless buying another session. I have asked the boss to explain how they loosing money. There was a young lady said she was the boss and still couldn't buy food. Told them I wanted to raise a complain. Been refused. I have said I would do it my own way. They lost money. We couldn't buy lunch and wanted to have my son's birthday party in march there. But we will not going back to there anymore. We will tell everyone not to go to Treasure Island. Not customer oriented and no family oriented business. We had to leave the business hungry with kids. Thanks God there was a McDonald's in 2 mins driving distance. Please don't go to Treasure Island. Not family oriented and not customer oriented. You can stay only 2 hours and if the session expired you have to leave with no food. Nothing. Not nice business. Not fair trade business. Terrible approach. Not nice. We will go and spend our money in businesses were we are more welcomed. Terrible businesses like Treasure Island they shouldn't operate in this approach. And the temperature was really cold. The floor was really cold. Without shoes it is really cold and also can have cold easily. Thank you for reading....
